Auto Dialer Phone Tree Systems

Our auto dialer and phone tree packages produce reliable results for inbound and outbound telemarketing. PowerVoice, our multiple line autodialer and voice mail system, integrates our 4 port telephony, PV4, with our Windows 2000 application generator. PowerVoice incorporates inbound and outbound telemarketing functions for lead generation, member notification, questionnaires and automated outbound dialing for surveys.

BigmOuth (developed by Talking Technology) functions as a single-port telemarketing tool, capable of making sales, generating leads and dispersing and gathering information. BigmOuth can contact as many as 300 members, play messages and query information. The Goldmine Version of BigmOuth adds random prefix dialing and the capability of dialing lists of unlimited length and is designed for lead generation.

Voice Mail

Our voice mail systems are full-featured and low-cost. Both BigmOuth and PowerVoice contain professional quality voice mail applications and built-in IVR (interactive voice response) scripts so users can rapidly implement diverse single-line and multiple-line telephony applicatons. By using our graphically-oriented application generators, call flow is easily controlled without programming. Voice mail applications implementing a variety of Voicemail and Call Processing Structures can be constructed in minutes.

Computer Telephony

Psychosoft's computer telephony products interface with standard analog telephone lines, hybrid key systems and private branch exchanges (PBXs). We offer two computer telephony cards, the single-port Powerline I (PLI) and multiple-port PowerVoice 4 (PV4). Both cards use proprietary application generators for telephony, voice mail and inbound and outbound telemarketing. The BigmOuth and Goldmine computer telephony software applications run on on the PLI card, PowerVoice on the PV4 card.

Development Tools

Our telephony toolkits offer flexible solutions for programmers, VARs and OEMs. Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) applications can be constructed from the ground up for both single and multiple-line applications. The single-line PLI telephony card uses the BigmOuth Applicaton Generator; our multi-line card uses the Windows 2000-based PowerVoice Applicaton Generator. Both solutions allow the creation of diverse telephony applications including: voicemail systems, predictive dialers, automated attendants, inbound and outbound telemarketing systems, interactive voice response (IVR) systems and auto dialers.
